The parting of genetic seas
With answers still unfound
One generation to the next
Each forward movement bound
A faulty microscopic thread
Unraveling created hole
Alas this blanket has a flaw
Disconcerting to the soul
Technological advances
The now awaited prayer
A cure around the corner
Could life be that fair?
